Individual Compassion
We do not judge others. We know that each person is doing their best to overcome their weaknesses. As we grow and mature emotionally we see others differently. We become comfortable with ourselves which helps us become more comfortable with others. We see people as people with needs, fears, and emotions. This is critical in order to help them.Daily pillar focus example: Understanding where people come from and knowing their story can help us have individual compassion for others. So that people know a little more about you, share something about your culture, your family, or your background that has molded you into who you are today.
